Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW, together with 8 life sciences universities from Central and South Eastern Europe, within the period between March 2021 – February 2023, implements the COVIMO Project: “COVID-19 pandemic as an “opportunity window” for the transition towards new and more inclusive internationalisation through virtual mobility” in the frame of the Erasmus+ KA2 Program.

O2 – International manual of examples of transferable good practice
1. Preparation of a questionnaire to spot the best practices and identify difficulties/limitations of virtual teaching and mobility.
2. Dissemination of a questionnaire to Polish and foreign universities:
TARGET GROUPS: students and staff.
DISTRIBUTION: questionnaire was sent directly to Polish universities and foreign universities; in addition, each of the 8 project partner universities sent the questionnaire to at least 20 universities in their country; within a university the questionnaire was forwarded to rector’s office, international realtions office and student council.
RESPONSES: in total 652 responses, including 240 from students and 412 from staff from Polish and foreign universities.
3. Organisation of in-depth interviews.

5. Creation of a digital case-based roadmap.
PLANNED PROJECT'S RESULTS
Results:
- International manual of examples of transferable good practices toward implementing on-line education.
- Scenarios of reactions aiming at minimizing effects of various events on education.
- Training materials for students and staff enabling their better adaptation to on-line education and better use of on-line education tools.
- Development of the virtual reality for conducting on-line mobilities of students and staff which will be experimentally tested in the international joint master degree study program of the CASEE network „Danube AgriFood Master – Sustainability in Agriculture, Food Production and Food Technology in the Danube Region” (DAFM).
