• Anti-Discrimination Standard

SGGW Anti-Discrimination Standard aims to prevent and counteract discrimination in the area of employment, education and learning, and to respond to all its forms, and to promote activities for equal treatment among the SGGW community.

The adoption of the SGGW Anti-Discrimination Standard results from the belief of inalienable and indivisible human rights, which are universal and apply to all people, being an effective tool for building a civil society and creating an innovative and socially responsible University. The introduction of the SGGW Anti-Discrimination Standard also results from the belief that unequal treatment and discrimination hampers the use of any individual and social potential, and creates a barrier in participation in the academic life and in preparation for entering the labour market.

The main objectives of adopting the SGGW Anti-Discrimination Standard is to ensure the quality of education and a safe and non-discriminatory work environment by undertaking activities connected with the recruitment, education of all students, doctoral students, academic staff, research and scientific cooperation, disseminating and multiplying the scientific achievements, culture and technology, cooperation with local communities, university management, marketing and promotional activities, human resource management and others.
