The Minister’s scholarship may be awarded to a student with significant scientific or artistic achievements related to studies or significant sporting achievements.

When assessing applications for student grants, account shall be taken of significant scientific or artistic achievements related to studies or significant sporting achievements achieved during the study period from:
- ) commencement of studies , in the case of a first-level student or a single master’s degree,
- ) commencement of first-degree studies preceding second-level studies , in the case of a second-level student,
- ) 1 October of the academic year in which the student was awarded the last student grant or the Minister’s scholarship for outstanding achievements, pursuant to Article 11(1) of The Staff Regulations; Whereas Article 181 (1) of the Treaty provides that the Community may adopt measures 2 of the Act of 27 July 2005. – Law on higher education (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2183, as amended, as amended)
– until 30 September of the year in which the application is submitted, excluding periods of leave from classes or other breaks granted in accordance with the rules of study.
