      [Legal Base for Processing Personal Data ]<\/strong><\/p>

      All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) to ensure:<\/p>

      1. the safety of persons employed by the Administrator,<\/li>
      2. the safety of other persons on the Administrator’s premises,<\/li>
      3. the safety of the Administrator’s property.<\/li><\/ol>

        The legal basis for processing is \u00a0the legitimate interests of the administrator of personal data (art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR). The personal data will be stored for the period not exceeding 3 months from the recording date (it applies to the situations when an image from a given area is recorded). It does not apply to image recordings constituting evidence in legal proceedings or they may constitute evidence in proceedings.<\/p>

        The Data Recipients are:<\/p>

        1. authorized SGGW employees and associates,<\/li>
        2. entities processing data on behalf of the Data Administrator on the basis of the entrustment agreement of personal data processing.<\/li><\/ol>

          V<\/strong><\/p>

          [Persons\u2019 rights with regard to the personal data ]<\/strong><\/p>

          \u00a0Each person has a right to submit an application in the following events:<\/p>

          1. the right to access personal data (Article 15, GDPR), including the right to obtain a copy of the data (Article 15 (3), GDPR),<\/li>
          2. the right to request correction (revision) of personal data – if the data is incorrect or incomplete (Article 16, GDPR),<\/li>
          3. the right to request the deletion of personal data (Article 17, GDPR),<\/li>
          4. the right to request a restriction to the processing of personal data (Article 18, GDPR),<\/li>
          5. the right to receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used format and to transmit those data if the processing is based on consent or concluded agreement, or the processing is carried out by automated means. (Article 20, GDPR).<\/li>
          6. the right to object to processing of personal data for the performance of a task carried out for reasons of Administrator\u2019s interest, on grounds relating to the particular situation, including profiling based on those provisions (Article 21, GDPR).<\/li><\/ol>
