conflict resolution:<\/h5><ol><li>\u00a0Appointment by the SGGW Doctoral Students\u2019 Council of a University Ombudsperson for Doctoral Students\u2019 Rights, to whom there is possibility to turn in the event of a conflict.<\/li><li>\u00a0Attempts to resolve the conflict within the doctoral student community through the appointed Ombudsperson and the Doctoral Students\u2019 Council.<\/li><li>\u00a0In more difficult cases, the Ombudsperson presents the matter to the Director of the Doctoral School, who attempts to resolve the conflict independently or with the assistance of a discipline<br \/>representative who is a member of the Doctoral School Program Council.<\/li><li>\u00a0If the solution proposed by the Director is not accepted, or in the case of a conflict involving the Director of the Doctoral School, the University Ombudsperson for Doctoral Students\u2019 Rights refers the matter to the Vice-Rector for Science.<\/li><li>\u00a0If the conflict cannot be resolved within SGGW, the University Ombudsperson for Doctoral Students\u2019 Rights shall refer the case to the Ombudsperson for Doctoral Students\u2019 Rights operating<br \/>within the National Representation of Doctoral Students.<\/li><\/ol>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/section>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element Joanna Gruszczy\u0144ska, prof. SGGW (<a href=\"mailto:joanna_gruszczynska@sggw.edu.pl\">joanna_gruszczynska@sggw.edu.pl<\/a>).<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sggw.edu.pl\/uczelnia\/rowne-traktowanie-w-sggw\/przeciwdzialanie-mobbingowi\/\">Anti-mobbing<\/a><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sggw.edu.pl\/strona-glowna\/uczelnia\/rowne-traktowanie-w-sggw\/rzecznik-akademicki\/\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Academic Ombudsman of SGGW<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>PhD Student Ombudsman<br \/><\/strong>Additionally, the PhD Student Ombudsman operates within the SGGW PhD Student Council.
