As part of the 2014-2020 RPO, it will be possible to obtain a grant from the so-called hard projects, supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the so-called soft projects for investment in human resources, supported by the European Social Fund (ESF). Until now, soft projects were not part of the WM RPO and were co-financed by the Human Capital Operational Programme. The ESF’s share of the Mazovian operational programme is currently 26%.<\/p>

Strengthening innovation, competitiveness and entrepreneurship in Mazovia. As much as 23% of the programme’s budget, or \u20ac491.5 million, will be allocated to the market and the development of entrepreneurship. A strong focus will be on R&D, greater involvement of companies in R&D activities and the use of innovative solutions in companies.<\/p>

Call for applications<\/strong><\/a><\/p>

The Management Board of<\/strong> the Mazovian Voivodeship (province) acts as the Managing Authority (IS) of the regional programme and the institution certifying expenditure under the European funds. The implementation of the programme belongs to the Mazovian Unit for the Implementation of EU Programmes (priority axes I-VII and IX-X), the Regional Labour Office in Warsaw (priority axis VIII) and the Capital City of Warsaw (projects under the Integrated Territorial Investments for the Warsaw Functional Area \u2013 ITI WOF). Institutions involved in the implementation of the programme are referred to as Intermediary Institutions (IP).<\/p>
