An application for consent to contract<\/strong> works<\/strong> (3 original copies) must be submitted to the Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer (building no. 8, room no. 119).<\/p>

The application must be accompanied by a preliminary calculation, signed by: the Head of the grant, the Head of Department, the Director of the Institute, and the Bursar of SGGW.<\/p>

If you apply for the 1. Cost group,\u00a0 only the application should be submitted at first.\u00a0 Once you receive consent, the next step will be preparing the preliminary calculation.<\/p>

If the research service is included in the international entity contract, the calculation should be prepared both in foreign and Polish.<\/p>

Before signing a contract for commissioned works by the Parties, it is necessary to obtain the acceptance of the contract from the legal counsel of the University.<\/p>

If the Ordering Party proposes ways of payment or issuing invoices other than the approved contract templates of the SGGW\u00a0 – it is advisable to contact the Bursary before signing the contract.<\/p>
