(24 hours a day on public holidays), the patient can receive medical and nursing care as part of night and holiday health care.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sggw.edu.pl\/strona-glowna\/wspolpraca\/uslugi\/niepubliczny-zaklad-opieki-zdrowotnej\/najblizsze-punkty-nocnej-pomocy-lekarskiej\/\"><strong>Addresses of the nearest Night Medical Assistance points<\/strong><\/a><\/p><p>On-call doctor gives advice on duty at the clinic:<\/p><ul><li>on an outpatient basis,<\/li><li>by phone<\/li><li>at the patient&#8217;s home (in medically justified cases)<\/li><\/ul><p>The patient can use this form of healthcare in case of:<\/p><ul><li>sudden illness,<\/li><li>a sudden deterioration in health, where there are no symptoms suggesting imminent danger to life or significant damage to health and the home or over-the-counter medicines used have not produced the expected improvement,<\/li><li>when there is a fear that waiting for the opening of a clinic can significantly adversely affect the state of health.<\/li><\/ul><p>The use of POZ benefits at night and on public holidays is justified, among other things:<\/p><ul><li>exacerbation of a known chronic disease (e.g. another bout of bronchial asthma with moderate shortness of breath),<\/li><li>respiratory tract infection with a high fever (higher than 39\u00b0C), especially in children and the elderly,<\/li><li>constant abdominal pain, despite the use of diastolic drugs,<\/li><li>diarrhea, vomiting, flatulence, stool or urine retention,<\/li><li>constant headaches, despite the use of analgesics,<\/li><li>sudden pain in the back, spine, joints, limbs, etc.,<\/li><li>mental disorders (except for aggression or suicide attempt \u2013 then an ambulance should be called).<\/li><\/ul><p>As part of night and holiday medical care, you can not get:<\/p><ul><li>a follow-up visit in connection with a previously started treatment,<\/li><li>prescriptions for continuously used medicines in connection with a chronic condition,<\/li><li>routine health certificate, referral to a specialist.<\/li><\/ul>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n
