The International Cooperation Office informs about the possibility of co-financing the stay at SGGW of professors from abroad (foreigners) who meet the criteria contained in the Regulation No. 64 of the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences dated 18\/12\/2019<\/p>

Applications for co-financing (Annex 1 to the above-mentioned Regulation)<\/strong> should be submitted to the International Cooperation Office by April 30 of each year for the next academic year.<\/p>

Interns – information for supervisors<\/h4><\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

To invite a scientific intern from abroad:<\/strong><\/p>

  1. At least one month before the planned arrival of the intern, the supervisor should prepare an application addressed to the Rector, requesting approval for the intern\u2019s stay in the respective unit.<\/li><\/ol>

    The application should include the following information:
    \u2022 Intern\u2019s personal details (full name, nationality, home university, and academic position)
    \u2022 Planned dates of stay
    \u2022 Details of the academic supervisor at SGGW
    \u2022 Type of scholarship granted (if applicable)
    \u2022 A statement confirming that the internship will take place without any tuition fees or scholarship benefits provided by our University (this does not apply to interns under the I. Wyhowski Award)
    \u2022 A request for accommodation in the \u201cEden\u201d Student Dormitory from the Rector\u2019s Housing Committee number of places (if the intern applies for a place).

    <\/p>

    1. The supervisor forwards the application, approved by the intern\u2019s academic supervisor and the Director of the Institute, via the EZD system to\u00a0Anna Fert<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0Katarzyna D\u0105browska<\/em>\u00a0(International Relations Office \u2013 IRO).

      <\/li><\/ol>
      1. The International Relations Office (IRO) forwards the application to the Rector via the EZD system.

        <\/li><\/ol>
        1. The IRO informs the intern\u2019s supervisor once the Rector\u2019s approval has been obtained.

          <\/li><\/ol>
          1. The IRO submits a request for the intern\u2019s accommodation to the Rector\u2019s Housing Committee (if such a request was included in the application). After a decision is made, the IRO informs the supervisor by email and forwards the relevant file in the EZD system.

            <\/li><\/ol>
            1. If the intern cancels or changes the planned arrival date, the supervisor must immediately notify the IRO staff member at\u00a0wepoint@sggw.edu.pl<\/a>.

              <\/li><\/ol>
              1. To obtain approval for including the intern\u2019s supervision hours in the teaching load (pensum), the supervisor should submit to their superior the \u201cRequest for consent to provide academic supervision\u201d \u2013 Appendix No. 4 to Ordinance No. 105 on teaching workload. After obtaining all required approvals, the request should be forwarded via the EZD system to\u00a0Anna Fert<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0Katarzyna D\u0105browska.<\/em><\/li><\/ol>

                APPENDIX NO. 4 \u2013 ZA\u0141\u0104CZNIK NR 4<\/strong><\/a>

                <\/p>

                1. After completing the internship, the supervisor must submit a \u201cConfirmation of the Internship\u201d containing all required signatures \u2013 Appendix No. 5 to Ordinance No. 105 on teaching workload. The document should be sent via the EZD system, in the same file folder where the Rector\u2019s consent was previously processed, to\u00a0Anna Fert<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0Katarzyna D\u0105browska<\/em>.<\/li><\/ol>

                  1.
