In order to invite a foreign intern, a letter should be prepared to the Rector with a request for the intern’s consent to stay signed by the Director of the Institute and the academic tutor.<\/p>\n

It is suggested that the following information should be included in the application:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • trainee data (name, surname, university name and academic position)<\/li>\n
  • date of stay<\/li>\n
  • data of the academic tutor<\/li>\n
  • information that the internship will take place without payment for education and scholarship benefits from our University (does not apply to interns at the I. Wyhowski award)<\/li>\n
  • possibly a request for consent to be allocated accommodation in a Dormitory. Eden from the pool of places of the Rector’s Housing Commission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The letter should be submitted to the International Cooperation Office (building 8, room 19)<\/strong><\/p>\n
