Decision must confirm secondary education and the right to apply for admission to higher education in Poland or<\/li><li>the written information about the foreign high school certificate issued by the the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) director. Decision must confirm the right to apply for admission to first-cycle and long-cycle studies in Poland.<\/li><\/ul><p>Applications for recognition of a certificate submitted by the deadline:<\/p><ul><li>by 30 June 2025, applications were reviewed by the education superintendent*,<\/li><li>from 1 July 2025, applications are reviewed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) <a href=\"https:\/\/nawa.gov.pl\/en\/recognition\/how-to-obtain-a-recognition-statement\">How to obtain a recognition statement.<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>The candidate presents a document confirming the recognition of the foreign high shool certificate during the recruitment process. The decision of the education superintendent or written information from the NAWA director should be uploaded to the IRK system before the end of the registration in a given recruitment phase. In the lack of a document, the candidate uploads a declaration regarding the obligation to submit the decision of the education superintendent \/ written information from the NAWA director within the deadline indicated by the university in the recruitment calendar. Candidates applying for studies based on the declaration will be qualified conditionally. In the event of a positive outcome of the qualification procedure, the condition for admission to studies will be the candidate&#8217;s submission of a complete set of required documents together with the decision of the education superintendent or written information from the NAWA director within the deadline provided for submitting documents in the phase in which the candidate participated.
