If you are a foreigner, be sure to bring your passport.<\/p><p>Please note that in the event of a change of name and\/or surname, a copy of the marriage certificate or a decision of the registry office issued in this matter must be presented \u2013 applies to candidates who changed their name and\/or surname after obtaining a document confirming education or a document confirming language knowledge.<\/p><p>If the documents are signed with a qualified electronic signature, a printout of the document certified by the institution that issued it or an electronic file must be presented.<\/p><p>Candidates qualified for MORE THAN ONE field of study<br \/><br \/>Candidates qualified for more than one field of study submit documents for one field of study of their choice.<\/p><p>UNDERAGE CANDIDATES<\/p><p>Underage applicants need a written declaration signed by parents or legal guardians to participate in the recruitment process, undertake studies, sign a personal questionnaire, sign a contract\/ declaration of understanding, and accept the payment terms for studies at SGGW.<\/p><p>A underage applicant accepted for admission shall submit the documents in the presence of both parents or legal guardians, who personally shall sign the declaration in front of a university staff member.<\/p><p>A minor applicant who is not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians when submitting the documents must present a declaration signed by both parents or legal guardians, and these signatures must be certified by a notary public or a Polish consul. Declarations that are not certified by a notary or Polish consul will not be honored.<\/p><p>A birth certificate or a court order granting parental rights must be presented with the declaration.<\/p><p>ATTENTION! The submission of consent does not apply to applicants who turn 18 before October 1st, 2026.<\/p><p>The declaration form is available in the IRK system in the Enrollment applications &gt; Documents and further steps tab.<\/p><p>the way of submitting documents<\/p><p>Documents should be submitted to the seat of the University in following way:<br \/><br \/>\u2013 in person \u2013 this way is obligatory for foreigners who currently stay in Poland, documents must be delivered to ul. Nowoursynowska 166, building no 8, room no. 2, entrance from the front of the building (Entrance A),<br \/>\u2013 via post \/ courier &#8211; applies to foreigners who are not staying in Poland, documents must be sent to the address (if you send documents by post\/courier, it is suggested to post them as soon as possible, i.e. by\u00a0 July 23, 2026):<\/p><p>Szko\u0142a G\u0142\u00f3wna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie<br \/>Biuro Spraw Studenckich<br \/>Ul. Nowoursynowska 166 \u00a0<br \/>02-787 Warszawa<br \/>with annotation REKRUTACJA<\/p><p><strong>When preparing documents to be submitted in person, remember to:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Printing the <strong>Personal questionnaire<\/strong> with an <strong>accepted photo<\/strong> \u2013 a printout, available for download as a PDF file on the candidate\u2019s account at IRK in the \u201cEnrollment applications\u201d tab in the \u201cDocuments and further steps\u201d section (proof of identity must be presented for inspection when submitting documents in person). Before printing the personal questionnaire, check whether it contains errors. The candidate must sign the printed questionnaire in the lower right corner in the space for legible signature.<\/li><li>If you are a foreigner, also print the following documents available for download on the candidate\u2019s account in IRK in the \u201cEnrollment applications\u201d tab in the \u201cDocuments and further steps\u201d section: \u201cStatement for non nationals on fulfillment of requirements for undertaking study on specific rules\u201d and \u201cDeclaration on health insurance during studying\u201d. Sign eligible both documents with your full name and complete the date and place of signing.<\/li><li>Taking with you original documents on education and a language certificate. You should also remember to take photocopies of these documents because it will not be possible to make a photocopy on site at the University. The university employee accepting the documents will certify the photocopies of the documents to be true to the original on the basis of the submitted originals, then the original documents will be returned to the Candidate.<\/li><li>Taking an identity document \u2013 valid passport (if the candidate is a foreigner). The document should be presented to the person accepting the documents in order to confirm the identity.<\/li><li>If you are a underage person, remember to attach the consent of both parents \/ legal guardians to participate in the recruitment process, undertake studies, sign a personal questionnaire, sign a contract\/ declaration of understanding, and accept the payment terms for studies at SGGW. The consent must be confirmed by a notary or by a Polish consul. Due to security reasons do not send originals of this documents. Non-notarized copies will be rejected. Original of high school leaving certificate\/university diploma,\u00a0English language certificate and valid passport must be presented in the Office for Students Affairs upon your arrival.<\/li><li>If you are a foreigner, be sure to attach a regular photocopy of your passport, which will be destroyed after verification of your identity.<\/li><li>If you are a underage person, remember to attach the consent of both parents \/ legal guardians to participate in the recruitment process, undertake studies, sign a personal questionnaire, sign a contract\/ declaration of understanding, and accept the payment terms for studies at SGGW. The consent must be confirmed by a notary or by a Polish consul.
