Remember: the student ID number is only required for your first login! After that, you\u2019ll use the special number in the top right-hand corner once you\u2019ve logged in. From 1 July 2025<\/strong>, the basic document is the <strong>mobile student ID (mLegitymacja)<\/strong> in the mObywatel app (for those with a PESEL number). For more information, <a href=\"https:\/\/mlegitymacja.sggw.edu.pl\/\">Read more<\/a>.<\/p><p>Foreign nationals without a PESEL number will receive an Electronic Student ID (ELS) as a plastic card. The fee (22 PLN) for the ELS must be paid into your individual account number (which you\u2019ll find in the eHMS system under the \u2018My finances\u2019 tab) by the deadline specified in eHMS. The ID card will be available for collection from the Dean\u2019s Office once your studies have begun. Students continuing their studies with a valid ID card do not need to pay the fee.<\/p><p><strong>Important procedures to sort out at the start!<\/strong><\/p><p>There are a few things you must sort out within 7 days of the start of the term:<\/p><p><strong>Please submit:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Your e-oath in eHMS (this is when you officially become a student at SGGW!).<\/li><li>A certificate from an occupational health doctor (check whether your degree programme requires one!<\/li><li>A declaration of acceptance of the terms and conditions for tuition fees.<\/li><li>A declaration of your preferred method of payment (if tuition fees apply).<\/li><li>Accept the GDPR clause.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Occupational health doctor<\/strong><\/p><p>If your degree programme requires it, you must provide a certificate from an occupational health doctor. In case you are abroad and you can not pay in PLN currency, you can make this payment after arrival to Poland (directly through Polish bank).
