The information you provided during the admission process will be transferred to the university&#8217;s dean&#8217;s office system, at which point your album number will be generated. Your existing album number will remain if you have previously studied at SGGW.<\/p><p>SGGW VIRTUAL DEAN&#8217;S OFFICE \u2013 eHMS<\/p><p>Your album number is key to creating an account in the SGGW Virtual Dean&#8217;s Office system (eHMS).<\/p><p>Please note: The album number is only needed during the account registration. As of July 1, 2025, the basic document is the mobile ID card (mLegitymacja) in the mObywatel app (for those with a PESEL number). More information: read more<\/p><p>Foreigners without a PESEL number will receive an Electronic Student ID (ELS) in the form of a plastic card. The fee (PLN 22) for the ELS is paid to your individual account number (found in the eHMS system under the &#8220;My Finances&#8221; tab) by the deadline specified in eHMS. The ID card will be available for collection at the Dean&#8217;s Office after the start of your studies.
