Recruitment schedule 2024\/2025 for the Doctoral School of WULS-SGGW<\/strong><\/p>

The following dates are adopted in the recruitment process:<\/strong><\/p>

  1. by May 20, 2024<\/strong> \u2013 submission to the Doctoral School office the lists of potential supervisors (approved by discipline councils)<\/li>
  2. by May 31, 2024<\/strong> \u2013 posting the list of potential supervisors on the website of the Doctoral School<\/li><\/ol>

    3<\/strong>. Stage I of the recruitment procedure:<\/strong><\/p>

    a) August 1-11, 2024<\/strong> \u2013 registration in IRK system \u2013 submission of an application for admission to the Doctoral School and other required documents<\/p>

    b) August 19-21, 2024<\/strong> \u2013 submission of copies of documents (originals must be available for review) by candidates qualified for the second stage of recruitment (place of submission \u2013 Doctoral School office)*<\/p>

    c) August 23-29, 2024<\/strong> \u2013 reviewing the submitted documentation of candidates qualified to the second stage and its evaluation by the recruitment committees appointed for the disciplines<\/p>

    d) by August 30, 2024<\/strong> \u2013 publication of the interview schedule<\/p>

    4<\/strong>. Stage II of the recruitment procedure:<\/strong><\/p>

    a) September 2-12, 2024<\/strong> \u2013 recruitment interviews conducted by recruitment committees appointed for each discipline<\/p>

    b) by September 16, 2024<\/strong> \u2013 announcement of the list of those admitted to the Doctoral School<\/p>

    Start of PhD education \u2013 October 1, 2024<\/strong><\/p>

    The recruitment schedule may change and is always published on the website of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in the Doctoral School tab.<\/u><\/p>
