Its aim is to continue initiatives that, by implementing the principle of equal treatment while respecting the equality of needs and diversity, contribute to making the Warsaw University of Life Sciences an increasingly open and accessible institution.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"1\">The new Gender Equality Plan for SGGW proposes the implementation of DEI values (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), which focus on promoting diversity, equality of needs, and inclusivity within organizations and society. This concept will be pursued through a gender perspective in an intersectional framework. Its guiding motto is GENDER IDEA (Gender + Intersectionality, Diversity, Equity, Acceptance). The plan outlines measures primarily focused on raising awareness of the significance of these values in everyday practices related to the functioning of the University\u2014namely teaching, research, management, and communication. It also provides for the integration of the gender dimension into all these aspects of the University&#8217;s operations.
