  1. Internship should be related to the field of study.<\/li>
  2. It may be carried out as compulsory as part of the study programme or optional, included in the student’s achievements and included in the diploma supplement, University also enables the implementation of a graduate internship.<\/li>
  3. For internships, a student\/graduate of SGGW may go to a foreign enterprise, research institute, university with an ECHE Card, non-profit organization or other type of institution located in a country participating in the Erasmus+ programme – programme countries (EU and associated countries).<\/li><\/ol>
    1. Erasmus+ internships cannot be carried out in a diplomatic mission of your country, an EU institution or an institution responsible for managing EU programmes.<\/li>
    2. The basis for recruitment is the candidate’s own initiative and contacts that they have established with the host institution\/company. The University supports candidates by offering the possibility of using contacts within the existing networks, and also cooperates with regular partners offering internships to SGGW students.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

      6. The internship programme must be prepared in agreement with the host institution, the home faculty and the student\/graduate, and it is an integral part of the agreement signed between SGGW and the mobility participant. The signing of the internship programme by all three parties is tantamount to its acceptance. This guarantees recognition of internships by the University and high quality of internships abroad. The International Relations Office undertakes to familiarize the host institutions with the principles of conducting internships under the Erasmus+ programme. During the internship, the coordinator at IRO will stay in touch with the student.<\/p>

      7. It is possible to go for internships several times, keeping the following rules:
      \u00a0– the internship must last at least 2 full months. As calculated by the Mobility Tool – 60 days.
      \u00a0– the guaranteed financing internship period is 4 months – the agreement is concluded for the maximum period of this time. If the University has free funds, the internship may be extended with further financing
      \u00a08. Mobility – studies and internships at each level of bachelor\/engineering, master or doctoral studies cannot exceed 12 months.
      \u00a0Mobility capital for a graduate student is 12 months, including mobility to the level of completed studies (bachelor or master). Graduate internships must take place within 12 months of graduation,in the case of uniform studies (veterinary medicine), the mobility capital is 24 months.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

      Recruitment for internships is organized centrally by the International Relations Office – continuously until the funds are exhausted.<\/p>

      Requirements for the candidate:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

      1. a student at least in the second year of studies – priority is given to students of the final years of second-cycle studies,<\/li>
      2. knowledge of a foreign language at the level of min. B1 (applicable at the host institution) confirmed by a certificate (e.g. FCE, CAE, CPE, TOEFL, LCCI) or during an exam organized by IRO or students of\u00a0 programmes taught in English<\/li>
      3. priority is given to students who have not yet participated in the Erasmus+ programme<\/li><\/ol>

        Students who have a language certificate, have already participated in the Erasmus+ programme, are exempt from the language exam and can report to the IRO throughout the year.<\/p>

        Students who do not meet the language criterion must pass the exam. Therefore, they should contact IRO.<\/p>

        IMPORTANT: Students planning to go on internships as graduates must enrol while still having the status of a student.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
