\n Announcement for Candidates qualified for first-cycle studies\n <\/h3>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Candidates qualified for admission to studies submit a complete set of required documents from the 19th<\/sup> to 21st of September 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Documents should be submitted at the University located at 166 Nowoursynowska Street, building 8, ground floor.<\/p>

Candidates with Polish citizenship who have a Polish high school-leaving examination certificate submit their documents in room 11, entrance at the back of the building.<\/p>

Candidates with Polish citizenship who have a foreign high school-leaving certificate or IB diploma, EB diploma submit their documents at the stands available in room no. 2, entrance from the front of the building.<\/p>

Candidates who are foreigners, regardless of the type of certificate obtained, submit their documents at the stands available in room no. 2, entrance from the front of the building.<\/p>

When preparing documents to be submitted in person, remember to:<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Printing the Personal questionnaire<\/strong> with an accepted photo<\/strong> \u2013 a printout, available for download as a PDF file on the candidate\u2019s account at IRK in the \u201cEnrollment applications\u201d tab in the \u201cDocuments and further steps\u201d section (proof of identity must be presented for inspection when submitting documents in person). Before printing the personal questionnaire, check whether it contains errors. The candidate must sign the printed questionnaire in the lower right corner in the space for legible signature.<\/li>
  2. If you are a foreigner, also print the following documents available for download on the candidate\u2019s account in IRK in the \u201cEnrollment applications\u201d tab in the \u201cDocuments and further steps\u201d section: \u201cStatement for non nationals on fulfillment of requirements for undertaking study on specific rules\u201d and \u201cDeclaration on health insurance during studying\u201d. Sign both documents with your full name and complete the date and place of signing.<\/li>
  3. Taking with you original documents on education and a language certificate \u2013 if required. You should also remember to take photocopies of these documents because it will not be possible to make a photocopy on site at the University. The university employee accepting the documents will certify the photocopies of the documents to be true to the original on the basis of the submitted originals, then the original documents will be returned to the Candidate.<\/li>
  4. Taking an identity document \u2013 ID card or passport (if the candidate is a foreigner). The document should be presented to the person accepting the documents in order to confirm the identity.<\/li>
  5. If you are a underage person, remember to attach the consent of both parents \/ legal guardians to undertake studies and sign a contract with the University, such consent must be confirmed by a notary or by a Polish consul. Unauthorized document will not be accepted.<\/li><\/ol>

Original of high school leaving certificate,\u00a0 English language certificate and valid passport must be presented in the Office for Students Affairs upon your arrival.<\/li>
    4. If you are a foreigner, be sure to attach a regular photocopy of your passport, which will be destroyed after verification of your identity.<\/li>
    5. If you are a underage person, remember to attach the consent of both parents \/ legal guardians to undertake studies and sign a contract with the University, such consent must be confirmed by a notary or by a Polish consul. Unauthorized document will not be accepted.<\/li><\/ol>

      How to submit documents \u2013 sanitary safety measures<\/strong>

      UNDERAGE CANDIDATES<\/p>

      In the case of underage candidates, written consent of both parents or legal guardians is required to start studies and to sign an agreement with the university. In case of:<\/p>

      – absence of parents during the personal submission of documents, the candidate is required to present the consent of the parents certified by a notary public or by a Polish diplomatic and consular post (the notary public or the Polish consul certifies the authenticity of the signatures of the parents\/legal guardians placed on the document),<\/p>

      – the presence of parents during the submission of documents by the candidate, parents sign the consent in the presence of the employee accepting the documents.<\/p>

      ATTENTION! The submission of consent does not apply to applicants who turn 18 before October 1, 2023.<\/p>

      CANDIDATES QUALIFIED FOR TWO FIELDS OF STUDY
      Candidates qualified for two fields of study submit documents for one field of study.<\/p>

      THE WAY OF SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS<\/p>

      Documents should be submitted to the seat of the University in person, by post or via courier. If you submit documents:<\/p>

          FAILURE TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS WITHIN THE INDICATED DEADLINE<\/p>
