On 27th of November, the first online meeting for SGGW English-speaking students, called “Difficult behaviors and emotions – what to do and how to deal with them. Mental well-being of students. Disabilities are around us\u201d was held.
\nThe program consisted of:
\n\u2022 Talking about \u201cinvisible disabilities\u201d \u2013 mental illnesses.
\n\u2022 Definition of mental health
\n\u2022 The main problems and causes of student`s mental health
\n\u2022 Preventing mental health
\n\u2022 Dealing with difficult emotions and behaviours
\n\u2022 Ways of psychological help for students
\nDuring the meeting students:
\n\u2022 Had a chance to know how to take care of their mental health and how to deal with mental problems,
\n\u2022 Found out when it is good to ask for help and where they can find free psychological help,
\n\u2022 Learned what to do when they notice a change in theirs\u2019s or theirs\u2019s friends behaviours and emotions and how they can support a person that struggle mentally
\nThere was also a possibility to ask questions. Workshop was prepared and conducted by:
