Recruitment process:<\/strong>
1. Candidate \u2013 application documents submission at IRO
2. IRO \u2013 evaluation and nomination of candidates for the exchange
3. Candidates nominated for the exchange \u2013 application documents submission at the partner university<\/p>

Deadline of application documents submission at IRO: 5 April 2022<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Application documents:<\/strong><\/p>

documents must be prepared in English language; submission at the International Relations Office (IRO): building 8, room 18\/20 or via email: exchange@sggw.edu.pl<\/p>

\uf0a7 student status confirmation with GPA
\uf0a7 up-to-date transcript of records
\uf0a7 language certificate (at least B2 level)
\uf0a7 LEARNING AGREEMENT<\/a>
\uf0a7 recommendation letter
\uf0a7 GDPR FORM<\/a><\/p>

In addition, for candidates nominated for the exchange:
\uf0a7 documents specified by the partner university<\/p>

Costs:<\/strong> mobility costs (living expenses, travel costs) are covered by the student; SIT registration fee: JPY 30 000<\/p>

Co-financing NCHU: <\/strong>free campus accomodation; monthly scholarship NT$7000 – max. 4 months<\/p>

Co-financing SGGW:<\/strong> up to 1000 PLN \u2013 application to the vice-rector for international cooperation dr hab. Marty Mendel, approved by the dean; application must justify the costs (e.g. flight tickets costs).<\/p>
