The possibility for Ukrainian students who came directly from Ukraine<\/strong> to the territory of the Republic of Poland, as a result of warfare after 24 February, 2022, and declare their intention to stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland to join the classes conducted in English by some of the SGGW Faculties as courses (completing of the given subjects).<\/strong><\/p>

The possibility for Ukrainian students who came directly from Ukraine<\/strong> to the territory of the Republic of Poland, as a result of warfare after 24 February, 2022, and declare their intention to stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland to join the\u00a0 <\/strong>classes conducted in Polish by the SGGW Faculties based on the decision of the Dean of the Faculty.<\/strong><\/p>

The possibility of admission to the summer semester 2021\/22 in a transfer mode;<\/strong> for Ukrainian citizens who:<\/p>

– submit an application for admission in a transfer mode by 31 March 2022;<\/p>

– came directly from Ukraine to the territory of the Republic of Poland, as a result of warfare after 24 February, 2022, and declare their intention to stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland, and:<\/p>

– were students of a university operating in the territory of Ukraine as of 24 February 2022, and may declare that on that day they were studying at a given year of study, and at a given field of study. Those persons may apply for admission in a transfer mode on the basis of the SGGW Study Regulations (Chapter V).<\/p>

Due to the extraordinary situation, the procedure may exclude the phase of submitting the consent or the opinion of the competent person managing the organizational unit of the Ukrainian university that is the student\u2019s alma mater. In Addition, the candidates should submit a declaration that were students of a university operating in the territory of Ukraine as of 24 February 2022, and may declare that on that day they were studying at a given year of study, and at a given field of study, and confirm their intention to stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland. Candidates should submit their applications to the appropriate Vice-Dean by 31 March 2022. In case of any doubts regarding the documentation, the Vice-Dean may ask the Student Affairs Office to verify the submitted documents. During the transfer procedure, the Vice-Deans should introduce some tools to verify the level of the Polish language enabling the candidate to continue their studies, and after the verification, they make a proper note on the student\u2019s application. Therefore, it is recommended to organize an appointment with the candidate. The faculty authorities provide the opportunity to catch up with newly admitted students.<\/p>

The intensive on-site Polish language course <\/strong>for Ukrainian citizens who came to the territory of the Republic of Poland no earlier than on 24 February, 2022, and were students of any university operating in the territory of Ukraine as of 24 February 2022, and may declare that on that day they were studying at a given year of study, and at a given field of study, and secondly (if there are some places available), to Ukrainian citizens who have the status of the SGGW students. SGGW is actively involved in aid activities
\nDue to the war in Ukraine and showing the sense of solidarity with the Ukrainian academic community, SGGW decides to implement activities aimed at helping Ukrainian citizens.
