have arrived on the territory of Poland directly from the territory of Ukraine in connection with military operations, in the period from 24 February 2022 and declare their intention to stay on the territory of Poland<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">&#8211; were students of a&nbsp;higher education institution operating in the territory of Ukraine on 24 February 2022 and declare that on that date they were studying in a&nbsp;specific year of study in a&nbsp;given field and level of study in a&nbsp;higher education institution operating in the territory of Ukraine<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sggw.edu.pl\/en\/recruitment\/transfer-from-another-university-info\/\">Such students may apply for transfer admission under the Academic Regulations (Chapter V).<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Due to an extraordinary situation, this procedure may omit the candidate&#8217;s presentation of the consent or opinion of the competent person in charge of the organizational unit of the Ukrainian university the student is leaving.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">During the transfer procedure, the Vice Deans verify if the candidate&#8217;s level of proficiency in Polish allows him\/her to continue his\/her studies and make an appropriate note on his\/her application; for this purpose, a&nbsp;meeting with the candidate should be organized.
