Our two students qualified for the Polish Academic Team during the 31st Summer World University Games (FISU Games) in Chengdu, China.<\/strong><\/p>

Aleksandra P\u0142oci\u0144ska will compete in the 800 metres and 1500 metres, and Izabela Smoli\u0144ska in the 400 m hurdles races.<\/p>

This is the biggest student sports event that will take place in the summer of 2023 (28\u00a0 July – 8 August).<\/p>

The Polish\u00a0 Academic Team consists of nearly two hundred athletes.<\/p>

So far, Polish student-athletes have won 357 medals (98 gold, 118 silver, and 141 bronze) during the summer university games.<\/p>

Four years ago in Naples, the white-and-reds won 4 gold, 2 silver, and 9 bronze medals.<\/p>

Let\u2019s keep our fingers crossed for the Polish Academic Team!<\/p>
