Mgr in\u017c. Anna Katarzyna Barczak-Brzy\u017cek, Institute of Biology, dr hab. Anna Onopiuk, Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences, and mgr Katarzyna Rybak, Institute of Food Sciences were granted scholarships for outstanding young scientists by the Minister of Education and Science.<\/strong><\/p>

This year, the Minister of Education and Science granted scholarships to 230 outstanding young scientists, including 37 doctoral students, representing 51 scientific and artistic disciplines. The scholarships will be paid for the next 3 years. The total sum of the grants amounts to nearly PLN 45 million.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

1,828 applications were submitted to the competition. Then they were assessed by the Advisory Team appointed for evaluating those applications using the point method, i.e., within individual disciplines of science and art.<\/span><\/p>
