The high profile of the program within Germany and an efficient marketing and matchmaking process provide ideal conditions to identify students from Germany whose interests and expertise correspond to the respective topic. The primary selection of interns is carried out by the host, thus ensuring that only those candidates who fully meet the host&#8217;s criteria are considered in the subsequent selection process.
