The team of researchers from the Institute of Animal Sciences including dr Marcin Go\u0142\u0119biewski, prof. SGGW, dr. Kamila Puppel, prof. SGGW, dr in\u017c. Aleksandra Kali\u0144ska, <\/b>dr in\u017c. Marek Balcerak, dr in\u017c. Jan Sl\u00f3sarz, dr in\u017c. Ma\u0142gorzata Kunowska-Sl\u00f3sarz, mgr Grzegorz Grodkowski, mgr. Pawe\u0142 Solarczyk, mgr Piotr Kostusiak, mgr Magdalena Kot, and mgr Marta Paczuska, was granted funding under the NUTRITECH competition (1st edition) by the National Center for Research and Development [NCBR]<\/b><\/p>

The project called \u2018<\/span>The intelligent analysis of the microbiological quality of organic and conventional milk and an effective tool for improving the safety and health-promoting properties of animal-based food – dairy products and reducing health risks related to the presence of antibiotics in dairy production<\/b>\u2019 is carried out together with Promity Sp. z o. o. The budget of PLN 5,169,556.23 was allocated for the implementation of the project.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The main goal of the project is to create an innovative MQA system dedicated to the analysis of the microbiological quality of milk based on advanced computer vision techniques and proprietary Deep Learning algorithms. The solution is intended for:<\/span><\/p>

  • dairy farmers to rationalize and reduce the use of antibiotics in animal husbandry;<\/span><\/li>
  • dairies to select high-quality milk, including milk intended for the production of functional food products and for special medical purposes.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
