Submitting an application in the call for proposals is tantamount to accepting the provisions of the Regulations. On the other hand, it is stated in the regulations, \u00a7 5, point 1, that the Scholarship financed by the Project is awarded by a three-person committee consisting of the Director of SGGW Doctoral<br \/>School, Deputy Director of SGGW Doctoral School and Project Financial Manager.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>The committee&#8217;s decisions are final.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>This provision clearly means that there is no appeal path in the competition.
