In accordance with Article 2(10) of the basic 272 paragraph. 2 of the Act of July 20, 2018 – Law on higher education and science The Minister of Education and Science as a disciplinary spokesman for the minister responsible for higher education and science, on the recommendation of the Rector, prof. dr. Hab. Micha\u0142 Zasada was appointed by dr hab. Joanna Wyle\u017ca\u0142ek, prof. SGGW.<\/div>

Commissioners appointed by the Minister of Education and Science conduct explanatory proceedings if the offense is accused of the rector, the chairman of the university disciplinary commission, the chairman and members of the Disciplinary Commission for academic teachers at the Central Council of Science and Higher Education, as well as the chairman and members of the disciplinary commission appointed by the competent minister for higher education.<\/p>

Dr hab. Joanna Wyle\u017ca\u0142ek, prof.
