The Doctoral Students&#8217; Council, the Doctoral School and the Institute of Animal Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences announce that goat yoga is back a big time &#8211; you are cordially invited once again for this dose of rest and movement during SGGW Days!<\/p><p>The exercise takes place in the midst of greenery, outdoors, and our goats are not only excellent yoga companions, but also masters of mood enhancement. It doesn&#8217;t matter if you already have a mat trodden in each direction, or if you are just starting your adventure with yoga &#8211; Goat Yoga is the perfect combination of movement, relaxation and contact with nature.<\/p><p>Take your mat with you, an open mind and be amazed at how wonderfully yoga works in the company of goats. \ud83d\udc10\ud83d\udc9a<\/p><p>\ud83d\udcc5 When?
