Andrzej Szmalc is also the manager of the Office for Structural Projects and Technology Transfer at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.<\/p>\n

He graduated from the Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw. He has many years of experience as a business expert and manager of development.<\/p>\n

Negotiator, broker of innovative technologies at UOTT of the University of Warsaw and CIITT SGGW in Warsaw, general director of the IT company Interim Manager at UOTT UW, co-founder of the PACTT Foundation – Agreement of Academic Technology Transfer Centers.<\/p>\n

He built a corporate division for one of the largest Polish banks. He conducted training courses for academic staff at many universities and institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences – for over 10,000 participants in total. He co-founded 12 innovative start-ups from the Bio Tech, Med Tech and High Tech industries. He supported the commercialization and development (including establishing relationships with investors and raising capital) of 15 innovative start-ups.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
