Recruitment calendar – first-cycle and long-cycle (veterinary) studies for the academic year 2020/2021

The candidate has the option to change the registration to the fields of study with vacancies; it is possible to register new candidates.

September 25	10:00 a.m. 20	information about vacancies for particular fields of study in supplementary recruitment
September 26 – 2nd of October	10:00 a.m. 24	registration of new candidates in the Candidate Service System (SOK) selection / change of the field and form of studies of the current candidates
until October 2	10:00 a.m. 24	deadline for payment of the recruitment fee for new candidates deadline for introducing / completing the results of the matura exam
until October 6	10:00 a.m. 22	announcement of qualification results (SOK, message via e-mail)
October 7		supplementing data in the SOK, attaching digital photography to the student ID card at SOK, attaching a scan of the secondary school-leaving examination certificate to the SOK, confirmation in SOK by qualified persons of their readiness to start studies at SGGW, a printout of a personal questionnaire from the SOK
October 8-9	at 9- 15	Delivery of documents to WULS-SGGW by courier, in justified cases in person, from 9 – 15 building 8 October 9 is the final date for the receipt of documents by the Warsaw University of Life Sciences
October 9		closing the recruitment

until August 20	at 9 – 15	deadline for submitting documents to WULS-SGGW by winners of Olympiads and competitions (after registering and choosing a field of study at SOK) (when sending documents, we suggest sending parcels as soon as possible, i.e. by August 13)
until August 20	10:00 a.m. 24	deadline for paying the enrollment fee deadline for introducing / completing the results of the matura exam
until August 24	10:00 a.m. 20	announcement of qualification results (SOK, message via e-mail)
