Dear Sirs, 

We cordially invite you to a meeting devoted to discussing the terms and conditions for completing education at the SGGW Doctoral School, possible extensions to the deadline for submitting a doctoral dissertation, and requirements for conducting the doctoral degree awarding process.

The meeting, which we are organizing for fourth-year doctoral students at the SGGW Doctoral School and their supervisors and assistant supervisors, will be held in a training format. It will also provide an opportunity to ask questions and clarify any doubts related to completing their education at the SGGW Doctoral School and awarding their doctoral degree.

The meeting will be attended by: Vice-Rector for Research – Prof. Dr. hab. Tomasz Okruszko, the authorities and staff of the SGGW Doctoral School, and members of the SGGW Doctoral School Program Council.

Date and location:

29 April 2026 (Wednesday), 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.; building no. 7, Room 102 (Faculty of Economics)

The meeting will be held in person and conducted in Polish.

Information materials in English will be prepared and made available for international doctoral students.
