Registration of projects
The Office of International Cooperation is responsible for the registration of international educational projects and provides support both during the application process and throughout the implementation of the project.
The rules for registering international educational projects are outlined in Ordinance No. 113/2021 of the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), as well as in Ordinance No. 42 of the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, dated 15 May 2023, amending Ordinance No. 113
Before submitting an application for an international educational project, the Project Application Registration Form must be submitted to the Office of International Cooperation via the EZD system. The form must be approved by the project author, the Head of Department, and the Director of the Institute. This form constitutes Annex No. 2 to Ordinance No. 42/2023 concerning the procedures applicable to the implementation of international research and educational projects, other than those funded by structural funds or similar sources.
Annex No. 2 must be accompanied by a VAT Eligibility Form approved by the Bursar’s Office.
In the event that funding is awarded, an application for the opening of a cost account must be submitted, along with a cost calculation for participation in the project.
