How to collect your university graduate diploma

For graduates who have completed their studies (successfully passed their diploma examination) on 1 July 2021 or on a later date, graduate diplomas should be ready for collection within 30 days following the graduation date (the diploma examination date).

The information that your diploma, together with its supplement and copies, is ready for collection will be posted on your student’s account, in the Virtual Dean’s Office (eHMS), under the section My Data -> Information about the course of studies. At the end of the information provided in the section, in the line “Diploma documents” you will find the note with information that documents are ready for collection by the graduate.

For graduates who have completed their studies (successfully passed their diploma examination) before 1 July 2021, diplomas, together their supplements and copies are prepared and issued by the relevant Dean’s Office.
