Dear Candidates! The recruitment calendar available below concerns the spring phase, in which individuals who already have a Polsih maturity certificate or foreign secondary school certificate can participate.

This year’s high school graduates – separate recruitment phases with separate limit of admission places will be prepared and published before May 1, 2026. We encourage you to follow the website.

May 7, 2026	from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon	Entrance examination verifying the specific predispositions to undertake studies (online) – concerning to foreigners applying for admission to studies on the basis of a foreign high school certificate or other document issued abroad, which is not: an IB diploma, an EB diploma, a certificate or other document issued abroad by a school or educational institution operating within the education system of an EU, OECD, EFTA member state, and a certificate or other document issued abroad covered by the provisions of international agreements concluded with China and Ukraine.
May 13, 2026	until 10:00 pm	Announcement of the qualification results (in the IRK system)
May 18 – 22, 2026	9:00 am – 3:00 pm	Documents’ delivery to SGGW from the selected candidates. Candidates qualified for admission who do not submit documents within the prescribed period are treated as persons resigning from participation in recruitment.

August 26, 2025	From 10:00am to 12:00 noon	Entrance examination verifying the specific predispositions to undertake studies (online) – concerning to foreigners applying for admission to studies on the basis of a foreign high school certificate or other document issued abroad, which is not: an IB diploma, an EB diploma, a certificate or other document issued abroad by a school or educational institution operating within the education system of an EU, OECD, EFTA member state, and a certificate or other document issued abroad covered by the provisions of international agreements concluded with China and Ukraine.

July 23 – 31, 2025 (exept Saturday and Sunday)	9:00 am – 3:00 pm	First term of documents’ delivery to SGGW from the selected candidates. Candidates qualified for admission who do not submit documents within the prescribed period are treated as persons resigning from participation in recruitment, their places are released for persons from the reserve list.
August 04, 2025	until 10:00 pm	Announcement of qualification results for candidates from the reserve list (if the limit of places still available after Phase 1)
August 05 – 07, 2025	9:00 am – 3:00 pm	Second term of documents’ delivery to SGGW for candidates qualified for admission from the reserve list. Candidates qualified for admission who do not submit documents within the prescribed period are treated as persons resigning from participation in recruitment.
August 08, 2025	after 6:00 pm	Announcement of the number of vacancies in given study programs to be available in Phase 3
