Spring phase 1

Recruitment is carried out for the following fields of study:

April 18, 2025	from 00:00 am	Start of registration in the Internet Recruitment of Candidates (IRK) system: select the form and program of study
May 04, 2025	until 11:59 pm	Last day of registration in IRK: select the form and program of study This is also the deadline for: upload the maturity exam results (applicable for holders of Polish maturity certificates, Ukrainian certificates (1-12 scale), Belarusian certificates (scale 1-10), IB diplomas, EB diplomas) admission fee payment upload a digital photo upload a scan of certificate of the winner of the national-level school contest (if applicable) upload scans of English language proficiency certificates upload scans of foreign high school certificates (not applicable for Ukrainian certificates (1-12 scale), IB diplomas, EB diplomas) upload a scan of decision of Education Superintendent – not applicable for IB diplomas, EB diplomas, leaving certificates issued in UE, OECD, EFTA and Ukraine, China (certificate Gaozhong Biye Zhengshu) and Libya. In order to obtain a decision, you should immediately apply to the education superintendent after receiving the foreign high school certificate go to the education superintendent’s website upload scan of legalization or apostille of foreign high school certificate – not applicable for IB diplomas, EB diplomas, certificates issued in UE, OECD, EFTA and Ukraine, China (certificate Gaozhong Biye Zhengshu) and Libya.
May 7 and 8, 2025	from 8:00am to 4:00pm	Exam checking the knowledge of the English language – applies to candidates applying for studies in English, who do not have a language certificate honored by SGGW. Interviews will be conducted online via MS Teams platform.
May 15, 2025	until 10:00 pm	Announcement of the qualification results (in the IRK system)
May 19 – 23, 2025	9:00 am – 3:00 pm	Documents’ delivery to SGGW from the selected candidates. Candidates qualified for admission who do not submit documents within the prescribed period are treated as persons resigning from participation in recruitment.

Main Phase 2

Candidates qualified for admission who do not submit documents within the prescribed period are treated as persons resigning from participation in recruitment, their places are released for persons from the reserve list.
August 04, 2025	until 10:00 pm	Announcement of qualification results for candidates from the reserve list (if the limit of places still available after Phase 1)
August 05 – 07, 2025	9:00 am – 3:00 pm	Second term of documents’ delivery to SGGW for candidates qualified for admission from the reserve list. Candidates qualified for admission who do not submit documents within the prescribed period are treated as persons resigning from participation in recruitment.
August 08, 2025	after 6:00 pm	Announcement of the number of vacancies in given study programs to be available in Phase 3
