The Doctoral School Office is open to visitors on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday is an internal work day – the Office is closed to visitors.
In exceptional situations, it is possible to settle matters outside of these hours, provided that prior arrangement has been made by e-mail or telephone.
