FOR: STUDENTS, STAFF

MOBILITY APPLICATION PERIOD:

  • SPRING: 1- 30.4.2021 – extended until 24.6.2021 due to technical issues
  • FALL: 15.11 – 20.12.2021

TERM OF MOBILITY: ACADEMIC YEAR 2021/2022

HOW TO APPLY - OFFER

STEPS:

1. read carefully Rules of the Erasmus+ mobility

2. review the list of partner universities and their didactic offer – only partner institutions with available budget: LIST

3. collect required documents

4. submit an online applicat

AFTER CALL

CALL RESULTS FALL SEMESTER 2021/2022 Erasmus+_WS 20.21

AFTER RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT:

  • make sure the learning/didactic/training agreement is signed trilaterally
  • prepare an departure form according to the shared design (applicable to SGGW candidates)
  • sign a grant agreement at SGGW
  • apply for a visa (if applicable)
  • purchase flight tickets and insurance policy
  • register your trip at the Service of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Odyseusz (applicable to SGGW candidates)
