Spring Phase 1

Dear Candidates! The recruitment calendar available below concerns the spring phase, in which individuals who already have their degree can participate.

The next phases of recruitment, with a separate limit of admission places – dedicated to this year’s graduates – will be published on the website before May 1, 2026. Please follow the website.

Recruitment is carried out for the following fields of study:

Food Science – Technology and Nutrition
Forest Information Technology
Informatics and Econometrics (Big Data Analytics)
Landscape Architecture Under Climate Change
Sustainable Horticulture

April 20, 2026	from 00:01 am	Start of registration in the Internet Recruitment of Candidates (IRK) system: select the form and program of study
May 04, 2026	until 11:59 pm	Last day of registration in IRK: select the form and program of study This is also the deadline for: admission fee payment upload a digital photo upload scans of document certifying knowledge of English at a language proficiency level no lower than B2 upload scan of international higher education diploma upload scan of diploma Transcript of Grades * upload the NAWA’s Director individual written recognition statement on a foreign diploma – not applicable for diplomas issued in UE, OECD, EFTA and Ukraine, China upload scan of legalization or apostille of foreign diploma – not applicable for diplomas issued in UE, OECD, EFTA and Ukraine, China complete the enrolment form data, including the student’s arithmetic mean of all final grades in the subjects covered by the study program
May 7, 2026	10:00 am – 12:00 noon	Competency test dedicated to candidates applying for: Finanace and accounting – programme in English
May 13, 2026	until 10:00 pm	Announcement of the qualification results (in the IRK system)
May 18 – 22, 2026	09:00 am – 03:00 pm	Documents’ delivery to SGGW from the selected candidates. Candidates qualified for admission who do not submit documents within the prescribed period are treated as persons resigning from participation in recruitment.

The university reserves the right to change the dates given in the calendar.

*) The Diploma Transcript of Grades is uploaded by the candidates:

– with a foreign diploma of graduation entitling to undertake second-cycle studies (the transcript of grades should be uploaded with a sworn translation into Polish if the diploma was issued in a language other than English),

– has a diploma of completion of studies in a field other than the one for which is applying.
