In June, a series of seminars with visiting professor prof. Sulhattin YAŞAR from Turkey. The seminars were organized as part of the project “Actions towards internatiolization of the Doctoral School of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW” implemented by the WULS-SGGW Doctoral School as part of the STER program organized by the National Agency for Academic Exchange. The topics of the seminars are:
- Experimental Design and Advanced Chemometric Methods in Food Science and Technology
- Application of Solid-State Fermentation to Produce Value-Added Products from Food Wastes and By-products: Food Additives, Biologically Active Compounds, Enzymes, Antioxidant etc.
- Regulatory Aspects and Scientific Risk Assessment of Food Safety (Additives, Chemials, GMO) at European Union
- Analytical Method Development and Validation
