SGGW researchers awarded for their scientific achievements
Prof. dr hab. Michał Zasada, Rector of SGGW met with the research staff recognized for their involvement in r & d activities as well as the achievements that significantly influence the success and prestige of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
Along with congratulations and appreciation from the University Authorities, the scientists were informed on the increase of their base salary for a period of 12 months under the Incentive Remuneration System for SGGW Staff. The system was introduced in 2017. Since then, the number of awarded employees has increased from 17 in 2017 to 48 in 2022.
Complimenting the staff for their contribution to the development of the University, Rector of SGGW appealed to the directors of the institutes and other research staff for further involvement in human resources development and research activities, and for the wide dissemination of rules regarding the Incentive Remuneration System.
The meeting with the awarded staff took place on April 25, 2022, in Aula Kryształowa (the Crystal Hall), attended by Vice-Rector for Development, Deputy Rector, prof. Kazimierz Tomala, Vice-Rector for Science prof. Tomasz Okruszka, the directors of institutes and the SGGW Water Center.
