Recruitment process:
1. Candidate – application documents submission at IRO
2. IRO – evaluation and nomination of candidates for the exchange
3. Candidates nominated for the exchange – application documents submission at the partner university

Deadline of application documents submission at IRO: 5 April 2022

Application documents:

documents must be prepared in English language; submission at the International Relations Office (IRO): building 8, room 18/20 or via email: exchange@sggw.edu.pl

 student status confirmation with GPA
 up-to-date transcript of records
 language certificate (at least B2 level)
 LEARNING AGREEMENT
 recommendation letter
 GDPR FORM

In addition, for candidates nominated for the exchange:
 documents specified by the partner university

Costs: mobility costs (living expenses, travel costs) are covered by the student; SIT registration fee: JPY 30 000

Co-financing NCHU: free campus accomodation; monthly scholarship NT$7000 – max. 4 months

Co-financing SGGW: up to 1000 PLN – application to the vice-rector for international cooperation dr hab. Marty Mendel, approved by the dean; application must justify the costs (e.g. flight tickets costs).
