The Foundation “Praca dla Blindomych” (FPdN) is implementing a project called “It’s worth learning” , consisting of awarding and paying scholarships for students and doctoral students with visual disabilities.
Scholarships will be awarded as a result of a competition for applications submitted by interested persons, and their evaluation will be based on the criteria set out in Annex 1 to the regulations of the scholarship competition. Four people will be selected from among the competition participants who will receive a scholarship in the amount of PLN 1,000 (say: one thousand) gross monthly, paid for the period of 9 months of the 2019/2020 academic year. The amounts of the scholarships paid to the beneficiaries will be reduced by the advance payments made to the tax office (in accordance with the act on personal income tax).
The competition is open to people from all over the country who have a visual impairment, have been classified as severely or moderately disabled, are enrolled in uniform studies or 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree studies, and provide the Foundation with the required documents (in person or by mail). COMPETITION REGULATIONS and forms to be completed and sent by traditional mail to the foundation are available on the website: www.fpdn.org.pl .
