Innovation broker
The Innovation Incubator Project will have an Innovation Broker on the team. They will be responsible for establishing cooperation between the scientific community and the economic environment, which will result in the application of research results within specific market solutions (license agreements, spin-off companies).
Tasks carried out by the Broker:
- preliminary analysis of selected solutions at SGGW;
- acquiring research teams ready to undertake research on topics that respond to market demand; developing, in consultation with inventors, an appropriate commercialization model;
- assisting scientists in developing a Technology Charter (download below)
- participation in exhibitions and fairs of the "science to business" type;
- participation in business negotiations;
- monitoring and identifying available sources of financing for research and development and implementation of project results on the market;
- searching for entities interested in conducting research commissioned from consortium members.
We invite Project Managers to fill in the following Technology Charter in order to facilitate establishing cooperation with potential Buyers / Business Partners.
