    About the project:

    The main objective of the project entitled “Success by nature – a comprehensive program to improve the quality of management of the education process and teaching quality of the Main School of the Rural Farm in Warsaw is to implement changes in the management of the education process and increase the quality of teaching by SGGW in Warsaw over a period of 4 years.
    Furthermore, the project’s activities include improving the accessibility of international education programmes for those participating in higher education from Poland and foreign nations, as well as supporting organizational changes and improving the competences of staff in the higher education system.

    The project activities will be implemented in four modules: training programmes, competence improvement, traineeship programmes, management in higher education institutions.


    Under Module I, the
    The university will implement actions related to the adaptation and implementation of training programmes to socio-economic needs at national and regional level. Particular emphasis will be placed on equipping students with practical skills and increasing the level of internationalization of english courses/subjects. Both new and modernized fields of education provide for the employment of lecturers from abroad with achievements in scientific work.

    Under The

    Second

    Phase II, various trainings, workshops, study visits will be carried out to improve students’ competences, in particular aimed at increasing attractiveness for employers and competitiveness in the labour market. These will include both soft competency training and certified industry training.

    Module III focuses on high-quality traineeship programmes, which together will be covered by around 100 000 projects. 700 students. As part of their study programmes, students will have paid internships with employers with a stable and established position on the labour market.

    The aim of the traineeships will be to increase the knowledge acquired in the studies and develop the skills for its practical use (familiarization of the student with the specificities of the professional environment, shaping specific professional skills directly related to the place of placement).

    Module VI is addressed to the management and administration of the university. Its aim is to improve the teaching competences of university staff and management competences of executives and administrative staff, as well as support IT tools supporting the management of the university.

    About the project:

    The main objective of the project “Synergia – integrated development programme of SGGW” is to implement changes at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) that will improve the quality of education and competences of people participating in higher education, corresponding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society. In addition, the project activities support organizational changes and improve the competences of staff in the higher education system. The project is implemented over a period of 4 years and is projected to be fully implemented by 2023. 

    Project activities will be carried out in three modules: training programmes, competence improvement, management in higher education institutions.

    Module I will involve

    Cooperation with the best foreign experts in the field, which will allow students access to international training programmes, the results of innovative research conducted at the world’s best universities and research institutes where experts work. These visits will also be an opportunity , in addition to gaining knowledge, to establish cooperation between students and experts and to engage in international research programmes.


    Module II will launch
    a series of training courses for students aimed primarily at developing practical professional competences in line with market and economic needs, as well as employers’ expectations, analytical and IT competences. An additional advantage will be the acquisition of soft skills such as communication, teamwork, entrepreneurship and creativity, which are no less important than professional competences. The faculties will implement certified trainings, practical workshops, design classes, classes with employers, study visits and employers for their students. These activities will be carried out in close cooperation with the economic environment (employers).


    Module VI will implement actions
    to improve the quality of education, which are closely linked to the developing the competences of the university’s management and administrative staff and implementing modern organizational solutions, in particular those using modern information technology. Therefore, the project planned to organize training and postgraduate studies for executives and administrative staff, which has increased the competence of staff and better management of the university. These activities will be strengthened by the implementation of modern IT systems, which will  optimize activities and reduce the costs of running universities in areas generating high maintenance costs today, improve communication processes and document circulation, including many management processes.

    About the project:

    The main objective of the project entitled“SGGW Integrated Development Programme for Regional Development” is to implement changes at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences that will improve the quality of education and competences of people participating in higher education, corresponding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society. The goal is be fully implemented by 2023.

    In addition, the project’s activities include improving the accessibility of international education programmes for those participating in higher education with Polish and for foreigners, as well as supporting organizational changes and improving human resources competences higher education system. The project is implemented over a period of 4 years.

    Project activities will be carried out in module IV: training programmes, competence improvement, traineeship programmes, management in higher education institutions.

    Module I will implement

    cooperation with the best foreign experts in the field. A total of 46 visits will take place in the project and 30 lecturers are planned to participate. This will enable students to access international education programmes, the results of innovative research conducted at the world’s best universities research institutes where experts work. These visits will also be an opportunity , in addition to gaining knowledge, to establish cooperation between students and experts and
    international research programmes.


    Module II will launch
    a series of additional activities for students, aimed primarily at developing practical professional competences that are compatible with the
    the needs of the region, as well as the expectations of employers, analytical
    and IT systems. These classes will be an opportunity to supplement the theoretical knowledge acquired in the classes with practical skills, so desired by employers. In addition, soft skills such as communication, cooperation and
    entrepreneurship and creativity, which are no less important than professional competence. Faculties will implement certified trainings, practical workshops, design classes, employer classes, study visits for their students
    employers. These activities will be implemented in close cooperation with the economic environment in the region.

    paid internship programmes for students to gain a traineeship while they are still studying. In total, around 100 000 people will be covered by the scheme. 800 students.

    Module VI will implement
    activities to improve the competences of teaching, management and administrative staff of the university and the implementation of modern organizational solutions, in particular using modern information technologies. These activities will be strengthened through the implementation of modern IT systems that will allow for the optimization of activities, improve the relations of universities
    partners and the implementation of projects.
