Information for the graduates from first-, second-, and long-cycle studies programmes

For the graduates who completed their studies on 1^stJuly 2021 or later:

The graduation diplomas and the diploma supplements are prepared to be collected in 30 days from the graduation date (i.e. the date of thesis defense).

The information that the documents are ready to be collected is available in the Virtual Dean’s Office: section „My personal details” -> „Course of studies information”. As soon as the documents are ready, an information „Diploma files: Dyplom – do odbioru” (i.e. „Diploma is ready”) is available at the end of the section.

Important:

• In order to collect the diploma, a valid passeport is needed (or „Karta Pobytu” issued in Poland). In the case of UE citizens, Personal ID Card issued in the country of origin is also accepted.
• The diploma should be collected in person. However, it is also possible to authorise a third person: in this case, the authorisation should be presented in paper, with a signature of the graduate, confirmed by a notary clerk.

For the graduates who completed their studies before 1^stJuly 2021:

The graduation diplomas and the diploma supplements are collected in the Dean’s Offices of the Faculties.
