Dr hab. inż. Małgorzata Nowacka member of the Polish Young Academy at PAS
Dr hab. inż. Małgorzata Nowacka is an associate professor at the Institute of Food Sciences. She obtained her master's degree in 2005 at the Faculty of Food Technology, SGGW. In 2009, she defended her doctoral thesis entitled "The studies of utilization of infrared and microwave radiation for apples drying", carried out at the Department of Food Engineering and Process Management, the Institute of Food Sciences, under the supervision of Prof. dr hab. Dorota Witrowa-Rajchert.
